ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery to UK mainland addresses.
The description and price of artwork/merchandise will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Art Deeq will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
After ordering through PayPal you will receive an email receipt to confirm Art Deeq has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Art Deeq via email – art.deeq@gmail.com or through our contact page on the website.
Art Deeq is under no obligation to accept any order.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with Art Deeq at the time of your order, for you to change the delivery address.
All orders will be sent to you by either Royal Mail (1st Class Signed For), or a courier service. Art Deeq will endeavour to deliver within 7 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from Art Deeq at the time of purchase.
A signature will be required on delivery for all purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of your order, you will be notified by Royal Mail/courier of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect your delivery.
Based on the country destination, some orders may be subject to customs and/or import fees. Customs fees are calculated based on import, brokerage, duties, and taxes, and are not included in the delivery fee quoted at checkout. They will be assessed once the artwork enters the destination country and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that any customs or import charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
COLLECTION
All paintings are currently collection only.
For paintings and any other artwork/merchandise that you wish to collect, please email art.deeq@gmail.com to arrange a date and time for collection.
OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
Once a piece of artwork/merchandise is in your possession, you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of said artwork/merchandise to any third party, including the internet for any purpose.
All images contained on the Art Deeq website are copyrighted property of the artist. All rights reserved.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Art Deeq uses PayPal for online payments. PayPal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete any financial transaction as securely as possible.
Art Deeq is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
PRIVACY
Art Deeq will never disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
RETURNS
In cases of orders that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Art Deeq via email -art.deeq@gmail.com or through our contact page on the website. Art Deeq accepts no responsibility for returned goods damaged or lost in transit.
Please note all refunds are subject to artwork/merchandise being returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds payable on receipt of returned items.
BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Art Deeq reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
